Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SensePlanner. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using SensePlanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Prohibited Use of the Activity Database
The activities, descriptions, images, and other content in the SensePlanner activity library ("Activity Database") are proprietary and provided solely for your use in planning schedules for your own clients within the platform.
You must not, and must not attempt to:
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools (including bots, scripts, or AI agents) to bulk-extract data from the Activity Database
- Mass-download, copy, or export the Activity Database or any substantial portion of it
- Reproduce, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Activity Database, in whole or in part, to any third party or competing service
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any rate-limiting, authentication, or other technical measures put in place to protect the Activity Database
We actively monitor and log access to the Activity Database, including request patterns and associated account or device identifiers, to detect suspicious activity.
Violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate the account of anyone engaged in or suspected of such conduct, without refund, and to pursue any available legal remedies, including claims for damages.
4. Intellectual Property
SensePlanner, including its software, design, and the Activity Database, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in that content.
5. Safe Use of SensePlanner
You are solely responsible for the safe use of SensePlanner, including exercising appropriate professional judgment when selecting, conducting, and supervising any activity with a client. We do not supervise or take part in activity sessions, and you must assess the suitability and safety of each activity for your specific client before and during use.
6. Client Data
You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate authority and consent to enter any client information into the platform, and for entering only the minimal information necessary as described in our Privacy & Security page.
7. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Free trials are limited to one per user. See our Privacy & Security page for details on payment processing via Stripe.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
SensePlanner is a scheduling and planning tool, not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Activities should be selected and supervised by qualified professionals. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms, including any prohibited use of the Activity Database described in Section 3.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SensePlanner after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
